TERESE ALLEN
Terese Allen is the author of several books about the pleasures and benefits of regional foods, seasonal cooking, and culinary folklore. She is a food columnist for Madison's Isthmus newspaper, Wisconsin Women, and Anew magazine, and writes for Wisconsin Trails, the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel and other regional publications. The former chef took culinary training at The Restaurant School of Philadelphia and has a BA in philosophy. She is president of the Culinary History Enthusiasts of Wisconsin and vice-president of the REAP Food Group.
