Contemporary Hmong Art & Culture in the Fox Valley: Exhibition and Public Programs-Art@Noon tour of the Exhibition

The project pairs an exhibition of visual art by two Hmong-American artists, Tshab Her and Victoria Kue, with public programming. Together, the exhibition and the public programming will pose important humanities questions about identity, history, and belonging. Her's and Kue's artistic practices utilize textile and media installations to explore themes of Hmong identity, history, familial relationships and politics; similarly, the public programs explore perceptions of culture, family and diversity within the greater Fox Valley community.
