Speakers Bureau Publicity Templates
Use the WHC Press Release and Poster template below to publicize your Speakers Bureau event. You can personalize them for your event, print and copy, and distribute them as part of your publicity efforts. Publicity is key to the success of your program. It is a disservice to both the speaker and the public when a program is poorly attended because of inadequate publicity.
Publicize your program as widely as possible using newspapers, newsletters, brochures, posters, and word of mouth in order to draw a large audience. Be sure to include the following credit in all publicity materials:
This program is free and open to the public and is supported by the Wisconsin Humanities Council, with funds from the National Endowment for the Humanities, the State of Wisconsin, and individual donors.

Speakers Bureau Report Form
When you sign and return a contract for a Speakers Bureau presentation, the WHC will supply you with a final report form for that program. Please fill it out and return it to the WHC after the Speakers Bureau presentation has taken place. These forms help us to continually improve our Speakers Bureau program, and give us information we need to secure funding for the Speakers Bureau in the future.
