Ancient Lake Sturgeon: A 100 Million-year History Exhibit Lecture Series-Indigenous Perspectives on Lake Sturgeon


In conjunction with a new exhibit that celebrates Lake Sturgeon in Wisconsin at the the Wild Rose State Fish Hatchery Education Center in Wild Rose, a conversation with Mike Hoffman, Menominee Tribal Elder, linguist and cultural consultant with the Menominee Clans Exhibit at UW Stevens Point will explore the relationship people have had with the sturgeon over time.
